Aisling Bea

Aisling Bea is one of the richest and most well-known Comedian she was born on 16 March 1984, in Kildare Ireland. The comedian has been on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March 1984) is a stand-up comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea was first seen as a part-time actress on Irish or British TV shows in 2009, began her career as a stand-up comedian in 2011. As early as 2012 Bea began appearing in sitcoms and sketch comedy. Following her win during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a number of panel programs. She was captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team from 2016-2017 and is regularly a contestant on the spinoff, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was the daughter of Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister named Sinead. In 2012, she was the only woman in history to be awarded the So You Think you're Funny award. Bea was awarded the award to honor her father. Aisling Cliodhnadh'Sullivan' was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian died at the age of three. He was a horse veterinary. Bea wasn't told the particulars of his death to death until she was 13 years old. Bea was her stage name. Bea was a tribute for her father. Bea was the author of an opinion piece for The Guardian, published in 2017 on her journey with suicide. Bea (and her sister Sinead) was raised in the same home as Helen Moloney who was a teacher and jockey trainer who was a professional jockey. She and her family loved racing, horses and racing. When she was a child, Bea worked as an assistant tour guide for the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early stage that she was not attracted to the race industry as a job, and loved performing.
